It seems that with some monitors activate KScreen background process
after switching the monitor off and makes it wakeup again.
Disabling the Background KScreen 2 process.
Go to System Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Background Services
in the section Startup Services stop/uncheck Screen 2.
