To launch the Group Policy Editor gpedit.msc
Navigate to Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds.
Disable it by changing from unconfigured to disabled.
Launch the registry editor regedit.
Add DWORD 32-bit key at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection.
Set its value to 0.
Launch the service console services.msc.
Go to Connected User Experiences and Telemetry. Stop it and disable it.
Same for Device Management Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Push message Routing Service.
Launch task scheduler taskschd.msc.
Go to Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Customer Experience Improvement Program.
Set Consolidator to disabled by using the context menu (right-click) the entry.
Do the same for all other entries in this section.
